Family Support Navigator London £32,491 FTE, inclusive of London weighting (£25,992 pro rata) 28 hours per week Fixed-term to 31 August 2027 Help families find their way through challenging times. A leading national charity is looking for a Family Support Navigator to join an innovative, research-led programme supporting family and friend carers raising children in challenging circumstances. This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you''ll provide intensive, one-to-one support to families, helping them navigate complex systems and access the right support across social care, education, health and community services. You''ll work directly with families in their homes and local communities, building trusted relationships and helping carers feel more confident, informed and connected. The role You''ll manage a caseload of families through a structured six-month programme, providing tailored support based on each family''s individual circumstances.
