This is an opportunity to help shape high-quality family support services, lead a dedicated team and make a lasting difference to children and families across our communities. About the Role As Family Support Lead, you will provide day-to-day leadership to our Family Services Team, ensuring families receive safe, effective and person-centred support. You''ll supervise a team of Family Support Coordinators, oversee referrals and case management, act as our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), and work directly with a small caseload of families with more complex needs. The role is varied and hands-on, combining operational leadership with direct practice. You''ll also contribute to volunteer development, deliver training and parenting programmes, build strong partnerships with local agencies and help drive continuous improvement across our services.
