Family Solicitor - Care Location: StroudWorking Pattern: Hybrid working availableSalary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Opportunity Yolk Legal is supporting a well-established and growing law firm with the appointment of a Family Solicitor to join its busy Family Law team in Gloucestershire. The role has a particular focus on public law children matters and care proceedings, offering the opportunity to work on complex and sensitive cases involving vulnerable clients. You will represent parents, children and other parties involved in care proceedings, taking responsibility for your own caseload and working closely with colleagues, Counsel, local authorities, CAFCASS and other professionals. The Role You will manage your own caseload of public law children matters, providing high-quality legal advice and progressing cases from initial instruction through to final hearing. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload focused on care proceedings and public law children matters. Representing clients throughout Family Court proceedings, including case management hearings, interim applications and contested final hearings.
