The successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues while managing their own files and providing high-quality advice to clients during often challenging and sensitive circumstances.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of family law matters, including both public and private law proceedings.Key responsibilities include:Managing a varied family law caseload from instruction through to conclusionAdvising clients on public law matters, including pre-proceedings and care proceedingsHandling private law children matters, including Child Arrangements Orders, Specific Issue Orders, and Prohibited Steps OrdersAdvising and representing clients in domestic abuse matters, including Non-Molestation and Occupation OrdersManaging divorce, separation, financial remedy, and cohabitation mattersPreparing court documentation and attending hearings where requiredProviding clear, practical, and compassionate advice to clientsMaintaining high standards of client care and file managementEnsuring compliance with regulatory and professional obligationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ..... full job details .....
