This is an excellent chance to become part of a firm with strong expansion plans, a growing client base, and an increasing presence across the region.The successful candidate will work closely with experienced family law professionals on a broad range of private family matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department and wider business.RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and private children cases- Advising clients on sensitive family matters with professionalism and empathy- Handling financial settlements and relationship breakdown matters from instruction through to conclusion- Managing matters independently while delivering a high standard of client care- Undertaking advocacy where appropriate- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts- Supporting networking and business development initiatives to assist with the continued growth of the department- Contributing to the firm''s expansion plans and growing reputation within the local marketABOUT YOU- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE in Family Law- Strong experience handling privately funded family matters- Interest in business ..... full job details .....
