The role offers the chance to work within a highly respected Family Law team, providing expert advice and representation on a broad range of matters.The Role
You will manage your own caseload of family law matters, delivering clear, professional and empathetic advice to clients.Divorce and separationFinancial settlementsChild arrangements and residence issuesCohabitation and civil partnership disputesDomestic abuse mattersCare proceedings and public law casesThe position will allow you to work closely with experienced colleagues while maintaining autonomy over your own cases. Hybrid working arrangements are available, alongside excellent support and resources.About You
Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with experience in family lawStrong advocacy skills and experience representing clients in courtExcellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathyAbility to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectivelyExperience working under Legal Aid funding would be advantageousWhat’s on Offer
