      <description>Location: Maidenhead | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | A reputable and well-established law firm in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Law department. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to handle a broad range of privately funded family matters within a supportive, forward-thinking practice. The Role As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload that may include:  Divorce and separation Child arrangements and parental responsibility Cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements Financial remedy matters Domestic abuse injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders) Advising and supporting clients through all stages of family proceedings  You will work closely with the Head of Department and be encouraged to develop both your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
