They are seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Family Practice Rights (litigation and advocacy) with 5+ years'' PQE. Day-to-day of the role:  Manage a caseload of Divorce and Private Law Children proceedings, representing clients across courts predominantly in the Southwest but also further afield.
