Senior Family Solicitor Annual Salary: Generous DOE Location: Exeter (options to work from Taunton and Weston-Super Mare; hybrid working available) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible hours Join a leading, well-established family law practice in the Southwest, known for its high-quality family law work. They are seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Family Practice Rights (litigation and advocacy) with 5+ years'' PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, progressive firm and manage your own caseload while being part of a supportive and professional team. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload of Divorce and Private Law Children proceedings, representing clients across courts predominantly in the Southwest but also further afield. Develop specialisms in more esoteric areas of family law, particularly if you have a special interest. Conduct your own advocacy as appropriate. Maintain professional accreditations and engage with Resolution regional groups. Supervise fellow fee earners and nurture trainees. Travel for meetings and court dates; ability to drive and daily access to a car is essential. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Family Practice Rights (litigation and advocacy) and 5+ years'' PQE in family law. Member of Resolution.
