Family Solicitor (2-5+ Years PQE) Annual Salary: £55-£75,000 Location: South West London Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Join a well-established and growing law firm in South West London as a Family Solicitor. This role is perfect for an ambitious solicitor with 2-5 years'' PQE, looking to further their career in family law. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and deliver high-quality legal advice across a broad range of family matters. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes. Advise clients on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Support clients through mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes where appropriate. Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court applications. Attend court hearings and represent clients as needed. Assist with business development activities and maintain strong client relationships. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 (+) years'' PQE in family law. Experience handling a varied family law caseload with appropriate supervision. Strong client care and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Resolution membership or a commitment to Resolution principles would be advantageous.
