We are seeking a heavyweight family law specialist to step into the Head of Family position, leading from the front and driving the continued growth of a well-established and highly regarded practice. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and develop the Family Law team. Manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters including complex divorce, financial remedy, and children matters. Advise high-net-worth individuals on sensitive and challenging cases. Drive departmental growth through effective networking, business development, and relationship management. Mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff. Play a key role in the wider leadership and strategic direction of the firm. Required Skills and Qualifications: Senior Family Solicitor with significant post-qualification experience (PQE). Proven track record in managing complex family law matters. Strong business development and client relationship skills. Experience leading, supervising, or building successful teams. Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
