The Role You will handle a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, acting for clients across a range of often complex and sensitive circumstances. Your work is likely to include: Divorce and separationFinancial remedy mattersPrivate children workCohabitation and separation agreementsPre- and post-nuptial agreementsComplex matrimonial financeHigh-value and higher-net-worth family mattersDomestic abuse-related matters where appropriate You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload, develop strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the Family team.
