The Opportunity

Simpson Judge have partnered with a well renowned national law firm who are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Private Family solicitor to lead and grow their regional Private Family practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity within a progressive, multi-office law firm that is investing in its people, services and future growth.

You will have the autonomy to shape the department, develop talented teams and build a thriving practice, supported by an established brand, strong referral network and collaborative leadership team.

The Role

You will:

• Lead and develop the Private Family team across the region.
• Drive growth through business development and strategic relationships.
• Manage financial performance, budgets and departmental objectives.
• Mentor and develop lawyers at all levels.
• Maintain exceptional standards of client service and technical excellence.
• Contribute to the firm''s wider strategic direction as a senior leader.

About You

You will be an experienced Private Family solicitor with:

• A strong track record in private family law.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a growth mindset.
• An established professional network and business development experience.
• A passion for delivering outstanding client service and developing high-performing teams.
