DetailsJob type: Fee earning - Family SolicitorLocation: WorcestershireType: PermanentSalary: Competitive / NegotiableHours: Full time on siteDescriptionOr client is seeking a 3-5PQE + solicitor to join our busy family / matrimonial department whose priorities are exceptional client care, to work as part of a team, advising the firm''s clients on a wide range of family law matters to include: divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance and children matters.The successful candidate will:Manage their own day-to-day caseload effectivelyPerform work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm''s risk management proceduresKeep up to date with changes and developments in areas of lawBuild and maintain a network of contacts and referrersPlay an active part in the marketing of the department and assist with building strong client relationsDesirable areas of experience:Family law matters to include: divorce, civil partnership, separation, cohabitee issues, family finance and children mattersA knowledge of the legal aid system desirable but not essentialBenefits and Culture:Competitive salary DOE20 days holiday + bank holidays +1 additional day per year (capped at 30 days)Birthday off after 6-month probationNEST pension Summer and Christmas events Bottomless brunches Bake-offs and other socials Required:5PQE ideally, 3PQE at a minimumMust be a UK solicitor (No paralegals or non qualified legal interest)Must be happy working on site in ..... full job details .....
