Family Solicitor

The RoleWe are seeking a confident and experienced Family Solicitor to manage a varied private family law caseload independently.The successful candidate will join the existing Doncaster office and work as part of the wider family team.The role will include:managing divorce, separation, financial remedy and private children matters;advising on cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions;handling TOLATA matters where appropriate, with TOLATA experience being ideal;supervising and developing junior staff;supporting the wider family team;attending networking events and assisting with business development;contributing to the continued growth of the Doncaster office and the wider firm.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:ideally 8+ years'' PQE in family law, although strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered;experience in both children and financial remedy matters;TOLATA experience is ideal;ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision;excellent client care, drafting and communication skills;strong commercial awareness and a good billing record;experience or willingness to supervise and develop junior colleagues;willingness to network and assist with business development;ambition to grow within the firm;confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office;a professional, organised and team-focused approach. ..... full job details .....
