The Opportunity We are working with an established London law firm seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with Legal Aid experience to join its team. The position would suit a confident family lawyer with strong private family experience, particularly in complex financial matters and cases involving high-net-worth clients. The Role Divorce and separation Financial remedy proceedings Complex matrimonial finance matters High-net-worth divorce cases Matters involving property, businesses, investments and other significant assets Private children matters Cohabitation disputes Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Negotiating settlements Preparing matters for court proceedings Liaising with barristers, experts and other professional advisers Building and maintaining strong client relationships Requirements Qualified Solicitor admitted to practise in England and Wales Current SRA practising certificate Strong private family law experience Demonstrable experience handling financial remedy matters Experience dealing with high-net-worth and/or complex financial cases highly desirable Ability to manage a caseload independently Strong negotiation and drafting skills Excellent client-care and communication skills Commercially aware with a professional and sensitive approach ..... full job details .....
