Are you a motivated Family Solicitor looking to advance your career in a supportive and dynamic environment? Our client, a highly respected legal firm, seeks an Associate to join their growing Family Law team in their Thames Valley office.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on a variety of family law issues.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance knowledge and share insights across the team.

Participate actively in business development initiatives to expand network and workload.

Identify and cultivate opportunities for referrals across the firm.

About You / Qualifications

3-5 years or more of post-qualification experience (PQE).

A solid foundation in family law.

Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

Excellent technical abilities and drafting skills.

Proven experience in business development and networking.

A proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
