Family Lawyer - Full-Time - Legal 500 Ranked Firm A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an experienced and empathetic Family Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team on a full-time basis though 4 days will be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Family Law Solicitor at Senior Associate to Partner level to manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, domestic abuse and cohabitation matters. This is a firm that does not hinge progression on PQE - development and progression is based on merit! Key Responsibilities Manage and progress a broad caseload of private family law matters Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, child arrangements and injunctions Draft a range of legal documents including court applications, witness statements, consent orders and financial agreements Represent clients at court (where appropriate) and work collaboratively with barristers and external counsel Conduct negotiations and support alternative dispute resolution processes Provide high-quality client care with regular updates and clear communication Maintain accurate file notes and ensure compliance with firm policies and SRA regulations Take part in internal team meetings, legal knowledge sharing and external business development initiatives Candidate Requirements Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England and Wales) Strong working knowledge of UK family law, court procedures ..... full job details .....
