Family Solicitor - Kidderminster A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its dynamic and supportive Family Department. The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload across a broad spectrum of family law matters. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including: Private Children matters Divorce and financial settlements Injunctions Elements of Public Law (e.g. conferences and LAC reviews) Legal Aid and privately funded work Provide clear and effective legal advice to clients both in person and via telephone Maintain and manage case files in line with firm procedures and professional standards Ensure timely billing, including preparing files for costing and recovering outstanding disbursements Your Requirements Minimum of 3 years'' PQE within Family Law Strong working knowledge of: Divorce and financial matters Private and Public Children cases Injunctions Legal Aid and private client work Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ..... full job details .....
