Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload of pre-proceedings and private family matters. This caseload consists of Divorce and financial settlement, Child arrangements, Domestic violence protection, non-confrontational dispute resolution, financial matters arising as a result of cohabitation breakdown, pre-and post-marital agreements, Cohabitation agreements, Care proceedings.Conducting advocacy in case managementTaking detailed client instructions and providing clear, targeted legal adviceDrafting applications, statements and supporting documentationBriefing and working closely with Counsel where appropriateDelivering a consistently high standard of client care About You Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years'' PQEStrong technical knowledge and experience managing a mixed caseloadConfident working independently while contributing positively to a team environmentExperienced in advocacy, drafting and court proceedingsOrganised, proactive and client-focused Benefits Competitive salaryHybrid workingGenerous benefits packageSupportive ..... full job details .....
