Family Lawyer - Full-Time - Legal 500 Ranked FirmA leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking an experienced and empathetic Family Solicitor at Senior Associate to Partner level to join its dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Family Law Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, domestic abuse and cohabitation matters.This is a firm that does not hinge progression on PQE - development and progression is based on merit! Key ResponsibilitiesManage and progress a broad caseload of private family law mattersAdvise clients on divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, child arrangements and injunctionsDraft a range of legal documents including court applications, witness statements, consent orders and financial agreementsRepresent clients at court (where appropriate) and work collaboratively with barristers and external counselConduct negotiations and support alternative dispute resolution processesProvide high-quality client care with regular updates and clear communicationMaintain accurate file notes and ensure compliance with firm policies and SRA regulationsTake part in internal team meetings, legal knowledge sharing and external business development initiativesYour RequirementsQualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England and Wales)Minimum 5 years'' PQE in family law (preferred)Strong working knowledge of UK family law, court procedures and best practicesProven ..... full job details .....
