The prime role of a solicitor within this family team would be to undertake fee earner work, to encourage and promote the image and ethos of the firm and to adhere to agreed practice and procedure as determined from time to time in relation to compliance and quality standards.

Day to day handling of a wide variety of cases including divorce, private children, non-molestation orders and financial relief.

It will also be to assist the head of the family team in supervising more junior fee earners, and doing file review work.
