Based in Cornwall, this full-time Family Solicitor position suits an NQ to 6-year PQE lawyer. You will join a respected practice handling varied, high-quality family matters, from financial remedies to private children law. Family Solicitor, NQ-6 Years PQE, Cornwall, £47,000+ (DOE) - This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at the early or mid-stage of their career to work alongside experienced specialists on a wide variety of high-quality family matters while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment. THE ROLE:

• You will advise individuals through some of the most significant and sensitive moments in their lives, providing practical, compassionate and commercially sound advice across a broad range of financial family matters.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include financial arrangements following divorce or relationship breakdown, financial remedy applications and negotiated settlements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and child maintenance and financial provision for children.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with up to 6 Years PQE.
• Experience in family law or a strong desire to specialise in financial family matters.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
• A compassionate and professional approach when supporting clients through sensitive situations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage a varied workload effectively while maintaining high standards of client care.
• A proactive attitude towards networking, business development and contributing to the continued success of the team.
