THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for advising and supporting clients across a wide range of privately funded family law matters, ensuring they receive practical, compassionate and commercially sound legal advice throughout their case.
• Your caseload will include divorce and separation, advising on financial remedies and the division of assets, assisting clients with child arrangements and other parenting issues, preparing legal documentation, applications and court papers and representing clients at hearings where appropriate.
• Helping to strengthen the department through networking, relationship building and business development initiatives.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Family Solicitors with up to 5 Years PQE
• You will be confident handling your own matters, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate empathy when supporting clients through sensitive situations.
• The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional levels of client care while working effectively as part of a collaborative team.
