Role: Family Solicitor Location: Derby, Derbyshire Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Derby is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor at around 2-3 years'' PQE to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-established practice, with the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied caseload and build strong client relationships. The Role You will advise on a broad range of family matters, with a particular focus on areas such as: Divorce and separation Financial matters Private children matters Cohabitation and pre-/post-nuptial agreements Domestic abuse matters Other general family work You will manage your own caseload with appropriate support, while working as part of an experienced and collaborative team. About You The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Solicitor with around 2-3 years'' PQE in Family Law Have experience managing a varied family caseload Be confident dealing directly with clients and able to build strong relationships Have excellent communication, organisational and drafting skills Be commercially aware and committed to delivering a high level of client service Be keen to develop their career within a supportive firm Applications from candidates with slightly more or less PQE may also be considered where the experience is right.
