The

Family Solicitor

will be responsible for running a full caseload of private family matters from instruction to completion. You will be expected to manage client relationships effectively and deliver clear, compassionate, and practical advice. You’ll work closely with other team members, benefiting from an open-door culture and shared knowledge.Key responsibilities include:Handling divorce and separation matters

Advising on financial settlements and pre/post-nuptial agreements

Managing private children law cases including child arrangements and parental responsibility

Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

Ensuring all work complies with SRA regulations and firm procedures

The Family Solicitor

The successful candidate will ideally:Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales

Have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in family law

Demonstrate excellent communication and client care skills

Be confident working independently and as part of a team

Ideally have experience working on privately funded family matters

Membership of Resolution or willingness to join is desirable

Competitive salary between £40,000 and £55,000 depending on experience
