An established law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with private family law experience who is confident managing their own caseload and looking to progress their career within a supportive and established firm.

Family Solicitor Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and representation to clients.
• Drafting legal correspondence, statements, applications and other court documentation.
• Managing case progression, deadlines and applications.
• Managing client relationships, case progression, deadlines and billing effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2+ years PQE
• Experience independently managing their own caseload.
• Strong knowledge of private family law procedures and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation and client care skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail.
