This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-5 years'' PQE to manage a varied caseload and progress within a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role Advising on a broad range of family matters, including:Divorce and Separation

Financial Remedy Proceedings

Private Children Work (Contact and Residence)

Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements

Separation Agreements and Cohabitation Disputes

Responsibilities include:Managing and developing your own caseload

Ensuring compliance with Resolution, SRA, and regulatory standards

Mentoring and delegating work to support staff

Assisting with business development and client engagement

Attending firm or external events/seminars as required

Experience as a collaborative lawyer and/or mediator is desirable but not essential.

Candidate ProfileQualified Solicitor with 2-5 years'' PQE in family law

Strong technical skills in privately funded family matters

Excellent communication and client care abilities

Proactive, organised, and professional

Ability to maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth
