Family Solicitor

We are seeking a confident and experienced Family Solicitor to manage a varied private family law caseload independently. The successful candidate will work as part of the wider family team.As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for: Managing divorce, separation, financial remedy and private children matters Advising on cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions Handling TOLATA matters where appropriate, with TOLATA experience being ideal Supervising and developing junior staffSupporting the wider family team Attending networking events and assisting with business developmentContributing to the continued growth of the Doncaster office and the wider firm The ideal candidate: Ideally 8+ years'' PQE in family law, although strong candidates with relevant experience will be consideredExperience in both children and financial remedy mattersTOLATA experience is idealAbility to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervisionExcellent client care, drafting and communication skillsStrong commercial awareness and a good billing recordExperience or willingness to supervise and develop junior colleaguesWillingness to network and assist with business developmentAmbition to grow within the firmConfidence using case management systems and Microsoft OfficeA professional, organised and team-focused approach.Benefits: Established specialist family law brandExisting office and family law platformAdministrative, ..... full job details .....
