      <description>Location: Doncaster | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a confident and experienced Family Solicitor to manage a varied private family law caseload independently. The successful candidate will work as part of the wider family team.   As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for:    	 Managing divorce, separation, financial remedy and private children matters  	 Advising on cohabitation disputes, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and protective injunctions  	 Handling TOLATA matters where appropriate, with TOLATA experience being ideal  	 Supervising and developing junior staff 	 Supporting the wider family team  	 Attending networking events and assisting with business development 	 Contributing to the continued growth of the Doncaster office and the wider firm     The ideal candidate:    	 Ideally 8+ years’ PQE in family law, although strong candidates with relevant experience will be considered 	 Experience in both children and financial remedy matters 	 TOLATA experience is ideal 	 Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision 	 Excellent client care, drafting and communication skills 	 Strong commercial awareness and a good billing record 	 Experience or willingness to s...</description>
