Family Law Solicitor/ Fee Earner , you will be supporting senior solicitors while managing your own caseload and developing expertise across all areas of family law. This full-time permanent role offers a competitive salary and benefits. They will also consider experienced paralegals studying towards qualification.Responsibilities

Assisting senior solicitors with complex and high-value family law casesManaging a personal caseload under appropriate supervisionDrafting legal documents, including applications and statementsAttending client meetings, hearings, and mediations as requiredProviding timely and accurate legal advice to clientsEnsuring compliance with professional and regulatory obligationsWorking in line with the Resolution Code of PracticeWhat we are looking for

Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Fee Earner, Legal Executive, Family Paralegal, Family law Solicitor, Junior Family Solicitor, Assistant Family Solicitor or in a similar rolePossess 1-2 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)Qualified solicitor with a strong interest in family lawExcellent drafting, analytical, and technical legal skillsAbility to prioritise effectively, manage workload, and meet deadlinesSkilled in IT systems such as Excel, HMCTS Portal, and Practical LawWhat\''s on offer
