YOU…
Should have at least two years’ family law experience gained in a reputable firm and have experience across a broad range of family law matters including children matters, cohabitation, domestic violence and separation matters to include dealing with same-sex relationships and modern families.
Will have worked with HNW clients and managed your own caseload of privately funded matters.
Mediation experience is beneficial and experience of or an interest in business development will be advantageous.
