Family Law Partner - Southampton (Hybrid Working Available) A leading South Coast Family team is seeking an experienced Family Law Partner to join its Southampton office and play a key role in shaping the future growth of a respected practice. This is an opportunity to join a team renowned for its expertise in divorce and financial settlements, private children matters, TOLATA disputes and constructive dispute resolution, including mediation. The team combines divorce and financial remedy specialists, expert mediators and child law practitioners, working collaboratively to deliver balanced and pragmatic outcomes for clients. The Role As a Family Law Partner, you will: Handle a high-quality caseload of financial remedy, private children and (ideally) TOLATA mattersManage complex and high-net-worth cases involving technical and factual challengesLead on business development, networking and sector profile-raising activitiesSupport the continued growth of the practice by winning new work and strengthening client relationshipsMentor and develop junior lawyers within a supportive, open and collaborative team environmentContribute to strategic planning and team development About You We are looking for an individual who: Has significant experience in family law at Senior Associate or Partner levelDemonstrates a proven track record in managing complex financial remedy and private children casesEnjoys business development and promoting the team''s offeringThrives in a collaborative ..... full job details .....
