Key Responsibilities Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy proceedings Private children matters Domestic abuse cases Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner Attending client meetings and taking detailed instructions Managing files and ensuring compliance with SRA and internal procedures Supporting fee earners to progress matters efficiently and maintain high client care standards About You Previous experience working within family law as a paralegal or legal assistant is highly desirable Strong ..... full job details .....
