FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL, 3+ YEARS'' EXPERIENCE, CHESHIRE - Develop Your Family Law Career with a Respected and Supportive Legal Practice An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cheshire. Working alongside experienced Family Lawyers, you will support a varied caseload while developing your own fee-earning experience within a friendly and supportive team. The Role You will provide hands-on support across a broad range of Family Law matters, with responsibilities including: Supporting solicitors with the management of their caseloads Undertaking fee-earning work under supervision Drafting applications, statements, correspondence and other legal documents Preparing cases and Court bundles Attending client meetings, conferences and hearings where appropriate Liaising with clients, Counsel and other professionals Managing deadlines, diaries and case progression Assisting with legal aid applications and billing Supporting business development and professional referral relationships The Candidate Applications are sought from Family Law Paralegals or Legal Assistants with a minimum of 3 years'' relevant experience.
