An opportunity has arisen for a Family Paralegal to join a domestic abuse team at a well-established law practice supporting clients through sensitive and challenging legal matters. As a Family Paralegal , you will be managing and supporting a caseload of domestic abuse matters while providing professional and sensitive assistance to vulnerable clients. This is a hybrid role offering salary up to £35,000 and benefits. You will be responsible for Managing cases involving Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Assisting with Legal Aid applications and CCMS. Preparing statements, chronologies and court documentation. Communicating with courts, police, support agencies and interpreters. Supporting vulnerable clients throughout their cases. Working alongside solicitors within the wider Family Law team.
