Family Office - Financial ControllerWindsor - office based Permanent £100,000 OverviewWe have an excellent opportunity within a Family Office for an experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial affairs of a high net worth family, their businesses and personal interests. This is a hands-on role covering finances, investments, property, tax, payroll and coordination with external advisors. Responsibilities: Reconcile personal bank accounts and credit cards; approve expenses and maintain accurate accounting records Prepare management accounts, tax returns and financial reports Manage investments and monitor strategy, tax planning and risk Manage relationships with banks, accountants, solicitors, insurers and investment advisors Maintain personal records, KYC and compliance documentation Manage residential and commercial property, including tenants, contractors, rent, invoices, repairs and renewals Oversee property projects, budgets and timelines Manage payroll and bookkeeping for personal accounts, trusts, partnerships and investment entities Manage UK and international tax exposure and related filings Oversee ATED, AEOI, VAT, FATCA and other reporting requirements Support family members with ad hoc projects and activities, including European horse transportation and related VAT/logistics Profile: Qualified Accountant with strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, ideally gained within a complex private client or owner-managed environment Experience in a private ..... full job details .....
