Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a varied support role requiring someone who is numerically strong, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable switching between Finance and Operations tasks. Key Responsibilities Record and reconcile global bank transactions across multiple bank accounts and credit cards using Xero. Monitor bank balances and prepare weekly cash reports. Retrieve and upload financial data and produce monthly, quarterly, and YTD Global PandLs for review. Issue invoices, process reimbursements, organise weekly payment runs, and draft and execute payments as instructed. Submit company card receipts through Brex and maintain accurate payment records, handling highly sensitive information with discretion. Assist with tracking investments across different platforms.
