      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Monday to Friday  Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 We are seeking a dedicated Family Worker to join our Family Help team, providing effective support and interventions to families across Reading.  This role is crucial in improving outcomes for children, young people, and families within the community by acting as the main point of contact and advocate for families in need.  Day to Day of the Role:  Work with and support a caseload of families to achieve positive outcomes, focusing on building trusting, culturally humble relationships. Conduct whole family assessments and co-produce outcomes-focused plans with families, facilitating Family Led Decision Making and team around the family meetings. Deliver evidence-based interventions directly with children and young people. Coordinate services to address needs early and prevent escalation, including liaising with schools, social care, and voluntary organizations.
