•This role involves managing complex financial disputes as well as a wide range of matrimonial and family law cases on a private paying basis, providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, and representing clients at hearings.
•You will also oversee client matters, mentor junior team members, and benefit from the flexibility of working across the firm’s Merseyside offices.
•The appointed candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law.
•Applicants should have strong time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a caring, empathetic approach to clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership.
