The successful candidate will inherit an established caseload and play a key role in providing high-quality family law services to privately funded clients. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied privately funded family law caseload. Advising clients on: Divorce and separation Financial remedy matters Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Separation agreements Cohabitation disputes Conducting client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.
