This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, Grade A Solicitor to join our Childcare team, managing a diverse caseload of Children Act 1989 and Family Law Act 1996 matters, including:Care ProceedingsPre-Proceedings (PLO) mattersEmergency hearings and Emergency Protection OrdersChild Protection Conference adviceSpecial Guardianship OrdersSecure Accommodation OrdersParental Responsibility disputesPlacement OrdersAdoption OrdersAdvice and representation for grandparents and extended family membersRepresentation of family members accused of harming a childKey RequirementsThe successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal expertise, strong advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of the Children Act, Family Law Act, Family Procedure Rules and Legal Aid compliance requirements.
