Family Law Senior Solicitor / Associate Location: Glasgow, G2Job Type: Hybrid (On-site 2 days per week)A prestigious legal firm in central Glasgow is seeking a Family Law Senior Solicitor or Associate to join their dynamic Family Department and play a key role within the team. Day-to-day of the role:Manage a diverse caseload involving high-value private law cases across Divorce, Finance, and Child Law.Handle matters including financial provision, divorce, child custody, child relocation, and court of session work.Work closely with clients who often have small businesses or complex matrimonial estates.Engage in mediation and prepare various legal agreements such as pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and separation agreements.Provide mentorship and training to junior colleagues, enhancing supervision skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:A qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years post-qualification experience in Family Law (others are encouraged to apply.)
