Family Law Fee Earner

My client is recruiting for an experienced Family Law Fee Earner to join their office in Salisbury or Chippenham, Wiltshire. This is an opportunity to join a well established Family department, managing a varied caseload of private family matters. The role would suit a qualified Solicitor, CILEX professional or experienced Paralegal with a strong background in private family law. The Role • Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters. • Providing clear, practical and effective legal advice to clients. • Advising on separation, divorce, dissolution, arrangements for children and matrimonial finances. • Advising on pre and post-marriage agreements and related matters. • Supporting clients through sensitive and often complex family situations. • Promoting Non-Court Dispute Resolution where appropriate. • Drafting legal documents including Forms E, consent orders and divorce applications. • Running court cases effectively and efficiently. • Preparing, paginating and indexing court bundles in accordance with court rules and firm standards. • Maintaining accurate and up to date case management records. • Proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and progressing matters efficiently. • Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and professional contacts. • Contributing to business development where appropriate.
