In addition to this the Team Managers are responsible for managing performance, attendance and all health and safety needs of the staff within their hierarchy. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration, or an equivalent childcare qualification with substantial experience supporting children and families.
