Spencer Clarke Group are currently supporting a client in the Beverley area who are looking for a dedicated Family Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in family support, social care or a similar role who is passionate about making a positive difference to individuals and families.

• Act as a key point of contact for families, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.

• Coordinate communication between families, professionals and relevant services.

• Support the development, review and updating of care and support plans.

• Monitor progress and communicate any changes, concerns or updates to the relevant teams.

• Identify challenges and help families access appropriate support and solutions.

• Build positive and professional relationships with individuals, families and partner agencies.

• Previous experience within family support, social care or a similar community-based role.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• A caring, patient and proactive approach.

• Confidence working independently and as part of a wider professional team.
