      <description>Location: Redhill | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Welcare is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced manager committed to supporting local families to lead and manage their Family Centre and Family Resilience service in Redhill.  The Family Centre is part of a local integrated system with a wide range of partners that builds family resilience in Surrey and seeks to improve life chances for the most vulnerable children. You would manage a small, dedicated team of family support workers and have lead responsibility for supervising their work and ensuring delivery of our sub-contract with the YMCA. Successful candidates will already have the right to live and work in the UK without restrictions. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
