Family Caseworker / Paralegal Canterbury, Kent £27,000 - £28,000 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or Caseworker who is looking to take on greater responsibility for their own caseload and develop their career within Family law, ideal for someone ready to move beyond a support-based Paralegal position and take on greater responsibility for case holding and client work. Your experience is likely to include : Have experience working within Family law, ideally with experience of managing or assisting with your own caseload Have a strong understanding of Family law and an interest in developing your experience across both public and private law matters. Be confident dealing directly with clients and other professionals Have strong organisational and communication skills Have the ability to manage your workload effectively and work under pressure Be capable of working independently while benefiting from appropriate supervision and support The successful candidate will be able to run cases in their own right with supervision and will take responsibility for a range of Family matters.
