who combines top-tier legal knowledge with the sensitivity and empathy required to support clients through emotionally challenging matters. The successful

Family Associate

will work closely with Partners on a wide range of high net worth family matters, including complex financial remedy cases, private children law, and protective injunctions.The Family Associate’s role

As a

Family Associate , you’ll handle a broad spectrum of high-value family law matters. You’ll support senior colleagues while managing your own caseload of files, ensuring an excellent standard of client service throughout. Matters will typically involve financial disputes arising from divorce or civil partnership dissolution, complex children issues, and protective orders including non-molestation and occupation orders.This is a busy and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to engage in some of the most interesting and high-profile family law work in London. Experience in surrogacy and adoption matters would be advantageous but is not essential.The Family Associate

3-6 years’ PQE with a strong background in family law

Proven experience in HNW financial remedy proceedings

Solid understanding of private children law and protective injunctions

Excellent client care skills with a sensitive, professional approach

Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
