Working closely with Social Workers, Family Help Teams, and multi-agency partners, you will play a key role in improving outcomes, reducing risk, and supporting children to remain safely within their families wherever possible.The RoleYou will:Deliver specialist systemic psychotherapy and trauma-informed interventions to children and families.Provide expert consultation, guidance, and reflective practice to practitioners and managers.Lead and support high-quality risk assessments, safety planning, and safeguarding interventions.Work with families affected by domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health difficulties, and complex safeguarding concerns.Promote systemic, strengths-based, and evidence-informed practice across Children''s Services.Contribute to service development and the embedding of systemic ..... full job details .....
